estate professionals (including their brokers and management of the underlying
real estate company), mortgage brokers (including company management of such
brokers), and potentially lenders. The information collected includes primarily
just contact information, as well as identifying you to certain real estate
transactions that you are party to. The
Closing Manager’s underlying purpose is to facilitate improved communication
between all parties involved. All users
must have a unique user name and a password to enter this secured portion of
the Site. However, unless you request
that some of your information be removed from the Site, your information will
be available for viewing by other authorized users who are party to the same
closing(s) that you are party to. This
information-sharing is only driven to open up communication lines to be mutually-beneficial
for all parties involved. We do not
otherwise share your information with third parties who aren’t involved with
closings that you are involved with.
All
authorized users must agree to the Rules, Regulations, & Disclaimers above,
which would include not disseminating your information obtained on the Closing
Manager to unauthorized third parties; however, Sallé cannot and does not
assume any responsibility for any such unauthorized use of information.
